I really enjoyed developing this collection of monograms and silhouettes.  I used two different types of monograms — hand piped, and an edible image of an antique monogram… and they sparkle with pixie dust.  The silhouettes are a new technique for me and so fun!  I love how the children and cat and dog turned out!  The cookies are vanilla shortbread with vanilla/almond royal and glacee icing.  The brown icing is chocolate royal icing made with good quality cocoa.   The little hearts glisten with rainbow disco dust– so pretty!  I mean handsome!!

The best part of this collection was having my darling niece, Audrey, here in Nashville to help me!
